Dr. Tia Waldrop helps mission-driven organizations learn, adapt, and make better decisions.
As the founder of Rise Consulting, she partners with nonprofits, foundations, and public-sector organizations to design evaluation systems, facilitate strategic learning, and strengthen organizational capacity. Rather than viewing evaluation as an end product, she helps organizations create learning processes that improve programs, align teams, and guide strategy.Combining research, facilitation, and human-centered design, Dr. Waldrop works alongside leaders to transform data into shared understanding and meaningful action. Her approach equips organizations not only to measure impact, but to continuously learn from it.
She holds a Ph.D. in Human Sciences from Oklahoma State University and is passionate about helping organizations build cultures where learning drives lasting change.
