Dr. Tia Waldrop is the founder and Chief Empowerment Officer of Rise Consulting, where she helps community-serving organizations assess and demonstrate their impact, strengthen internal capacity, and develop sustainable strategies. With a Ph.D. in Human Sciences and expertise in evaluation, research, and strategic planning, she works alongside organizations to turn data into action. Driven by a commitment to equity, transparency, and community voice, Dr. Waldrop ensures that organizations don’t just collect data — they understand and use it to Rise.
